  Each reconditioned motor receives a "Premium Recondition" that insures:

- Reliable operation

- Vibration-free

- Restore new performance

- Safe

- All work warranted

The steps include:

1. - Inspection

2. - Clean & bake out all moisture

3. - Test and measure stator, rotor, shaft, bearing fits, etc.

4. - Mechanical restoration of enclosure, shaft, leads, connection box & bearing fits as needed

5. - Assembly including bearings and paint

6. - Final Testing including Vibration Analysis

7. - Prepare for shipment

Machine end bell and sleeve for perfect bearing fit.

4. - Mechanical restoration of enclosure, shaft, leads, connection box & bearing fits as needed


Dip or treat stator winding to protect from moisture.

 

Replace old bearings with new ones

5. - Assembly including bearings and paint


6. - Final Testing including Vibration Analysis


7. - Prepare for shipment
