PUNCH LIST
1. Fix
wiring EEC power & fuel pump not always run; check
Inertia Switch logic.
2. Bleed brakes - done 1/2 way, rears ok, fronts not ok.
3. Oil in rear end (Thanks Ken Reid for kindly bringing a pump)
4. Throttle cable - "Cobra" endings - Farra
says Ford makes a longer one.
5. Connect wiring for lights at dash.
6.
Install
light fixtures (8) (4).
7. Install fire extinguisher.
8. Install seats
9.
Install T-Filler and overflow tank
10. Install rear over-riders and hoop.
11. Install LeMans gas cap cover.
12. Install shifter boot.
13.
Make up new boot for e-brake handle.
14. Get a gear for the speedo cable at tranny
end?; re-route cable to speedo.
15. Call insurance agent to add 65 Ford Roadster to policy.
16.
Install Elephant ears behind wheels (4, 3)
17.
Install Alum around radiator (3)
18.
Fix Throttle cable (broke on test ride 5/31)
19.
Install seat belts.
20.
Fix idle speed, too fast
21.
Floor treatment (carpet or "race car traction paper")
22.
Replace One E-Brake cable
23.
Professional alignment
Trunk prop (specify size 22" with two feet") installed in May

May 27, installed right front lights. Installed radiator supply line
T-filler. Installed overflow tank (see page 5 for picture)
.May 28, firmed up the speed cable routing.
Connected cable to speedo.
 
This routing may be temp as a longer cable would allow a more hidden
entry. Can be carpeted over, however.
Ready to go 5-31-03
Bumpers, lights, action!
May 31, 2003 7:00 PM : replaced bad EEC Power relay...it starts
sound bite!
Drive down the street and back with grandson Jon Enos.... she drives!
