June 7 ALL FORD SHOW and SWAP MEET - Hillsboro, Oregon Fairgrounds

6/10 Visits from Mr. Bruce Harding, Mr. David Borden, Mr. Greg Meythaler, & Mr. Gary Martz.  rides for 3 gentlemen. 136 miles odometer total

6/12 Fixed idle by disconnecting Idle Air Control (IAC) unit.  Went to Oregon City for grandson baseball game at King School. Under-dash fire, put out right away with on-board extinguisher.  Coil wire arcing.  Paint slight damage by mirror.

6/13 Replaced coil wire, everything runs well.  Also fixed front turn signal (was how the wires were connected to the auto turn signal box).  Terry Gassaway from Utah visited - ride.  Tom & Julie Peterson visited - rides - 160 miles odometer total

Louvers ceramic coated to match side pipes.  "Powered by Ford" badge.

6/14: visited Reid & Yvonne Nelson. 177 miles odometer total

6/16-21 around the block a couple times, went to Les Schwab for alignment...want me to tighten front hubs. 185 miles odometer total

6/23 Keith & Curtis Stoddard visit, drove Curtis home. Stopped at Mark's & rode Randy around the block. 195 miles odometer total

6/24 Alignment done at Les Schwab, all 4 wheels, 197 miles odometer total

6/25 Todd Rollins visited, went for ride around block, 200 miles....rides at YM/YW Combined Mutual...Jason Leland, Nathan Doty.   Shirley & I went to visit Elaine Saunders & twist cone at Lew's Dairy Freeze: 211 miles odometer total

6/27 Griff & Susan Johnson of American Fork for rides....225 miles odometer total

6/28 Elder Rod M. Johnson, just returned from Santa Cruz, Bolivia (as a missionary) for a ride. Picked up pizza's at Papa Murphy's. Blake Johnson of Phoenix AZ for a ride. 240 miles

6/30-7/2: Trips here and there including Ed Railey's with Rod. 300 miles. 7/3: trip to Silver Falls State Park 410 m; 7/4 to Ward 4th Breakfast...drove President Knight home... 413 miles total.

7/10: Stopped by Schomburg's home, saw David & Tom.  Stopped by Cary Gressinger's place to show him the CSX dash and the rest of the car.  He said "good job" to the whole project. Total miles 450

Worked on interior, got carpeting done this week, 3/16/03:

Carpet done; ss screws on transmission tunnel for removal, changed to black screws after picture taken.
